Which mobile phone do you use?

I am lucky in that case, I recently updated to marshmallow before that I'm using lollipop. May be update is not supported on your phone? what's your model?

Well check here I guess lollipop is supported. May be due to region it was not updating. I also get the lollipop & marshmallow update when I went to UK few months back.
