This might not be the most apt thread to ask this question but someone has offered me to sell Apple iPhone 4s 32GB (Black) second hand for Rs.2000/-. If I recall ok, the OS version is 9.2. No accessories (earphone or charger) plus the lock button on top is little hard to push. I've my own iPhone charger. Oh, and its not stolen, he has a bill for that. Is this a good deal?

I see no problem but go through everything like camera, call quality etc.

The only thing I hated about my HTC was their poor updates. I was still on KItkat when everyone was on Lolipop and that made me replace it with Nexus, I am on android N now.

I am lucky in that case, I recently updated to marshmallow before that I'm using lollipop. May be update is not supported on your phone? what's your model?
