I'd say England. They have picked up their game from their 6-1 series loss against Australia and have managed to pull of two upsets. Pakistan have also been impressive and Australia have been unbeaten as yet and were looking good to beat India but the match was washed out. New Zealand are just about capable of anything on their day and they are a good ODI side and I think they are capable of an upset against Pakistan.
