Yeah probably according to the info provided for the min. specs your system should be fine but I have seen people reporting errors regarding C2k5 not running on their pcs although they were well above the requirements !!! Just hope your one runs smoothly !!! Best of luck to u !!!

It's working fine at my P4 2.GHZ with ATI 32MB GFX card notebook and you have almost double the ram and GFX card so it should work without any problems.
