I'd go with both honestly. But in terms of what is better the 3.06ghz is a little better. Thats by a pinch of salt.

ATI is the way to go though. I myself have an Nvidia Geforce FX 5200 128mb, which is not in any class of any video cards .The Geforce 7800 GT is a great card. But the ATI 1800 XL is better than it and it is cheaper. Both cards companies are great, but ATI is cheaper. Can you find a top of the line Nvidia card for US$80? NO! ATI has one that price though. ATI IS the way to go the newest ati pro i believe 800 l is the best card they have you should get not AMD RAM DDR ram is much better how much hdd will u be getting
