Windows Vista theme for XP

I have a legal copy of Windows XP Media Center Edition 2005, but after I a had reinstalled XP, I cannot install WMP 11 due to some issue with my Microsoft .Net Framewrok and SP2. I have tried everything I have been told but without any outcomes.

You might be missing .net 1.1 framework.
