Australian fast bowler Mitchell Johnson today became Youthful Yellow's 3rd signing for this season's WPL . He joins Ryan ten Doeschate and Stuart Broad and becomes the Yellow's record signing at present going for a whopping $ 1.3 million . Glad after his capture , owner , Haarithan said " I am at the seventh heaven right now having secured a player like Mitchell Johnson in our Yellows side. Not only can he bowl , he is a fantastic striker of the ball on his day and motivates the entire team through his ever sledging character . Broad and Mitch are already looking forward to start together which gives us a fine chance of taking the title though its a bit too early to predicting anything ."

Tendulkar deserves much more than it - Kirsten ​

Defending champions Sizzling Silvers on Monday signed the greatest batsman of all time Sachin Tendulkar for a whopping $5.11 million ($ 5,110,000). Sachin Tendulkar as we all know is more than a legend of the game often regarded as cricketing god. His statistics and records are unmatchable and we are not going to see anybody breaking those in near future. There are no questions Tendulkar's performance because he has been performing like demi-god across all formats being the only batsman to score 200* in ODIs and becoming the HIGHEST RUN GETTER of IPL 3.​

There were questions put forward on Tendulkar's price, that why a player is brought at more than half the price of the team. Kirsten and Silvers management replied in unique fashion saying, "Tendulkar deserves the price, even more than it. He is such a legend of the team who is unconquered till now and there is no international bowler in the world who is not conquered by him.
