For me Amla has just had too good of a year to be left out. The innings he played in India were just amazing. Sehwag for Gambhir seems a fair swap but GG has had some struggles while Sehwag has been doing great, at least in India. As for Sanga I actually had him in at #4 but then he doesn't keep wicket anymore so I opted for Dhoni. I know Sanga can do it just as well or better than any keeper in the game but I opted for a current keeper.

Yea Dare I can understand Amla for Ponting since Amla should be peaking soon and Ponting is on the way out.

I like Gambhir because he is technically miles above Sehwag and has performed outside the SC.

As for sanga, I am just being stubborn and still think of him as a keepr

What the World Test XI tells us is that Australia are probably going to reclaim that number 1 spot very, very soon. It's just a matter of time before Ricky Ponting regains his form. Michael Hussey has already regained his form, Watson has come on leaps and bounds, Harris looks a very impressive test bowler, Hauritz can hold his own despite the odd slip up, Haddin is a world class keeper-batsman, North seems to have found his touch again. And these are the guys I didn't choose in my XI.

I cannot see anyone beating Aus in aus right now, especially not the current number 1s.

England will be ***** and that will be the start of the Aussie climb back to the top

Still can't see Australia beating us in India. I think we have our best chance winning away as well. Still a quality side but... at the moment, South Africa and India are better IMO

Australia is a much more complete team than India or SA they have a range of class batsman and seamers only thing missing is a spinner.

SA has holes in its batting lineup and no great spinner, India has an awful seam attack bar Khan.

Its all very close but id back the Ozies to win in any conditions on any given day.

Duh Watson Can play at most of the positions. Cameron can play test all long and dravid is also can play at most of positions except opener.
