Possibly, but you usually only see an ECW Championship matches on at PPV's, not usually normal fueds. Don't rule it out though.

personally I prefer TNA to WWE. Used to watch WWE religiously until I went out of wrestling about 3-4 years ago. Started watching it again mid last year and TNA is the best. WWE is rubbish and the ECW is just a disgrace to the ECW name. I am a big ECW fan and the only good wrestling that's anything like it is TNA.

its not a ppv just an event it happens beofre mania happend last year.
so might happen again to heat mania up.

I remember hearing they weren't doing it again, at least for a while. Cant remember where I heard it though, so dont take my word on it.

Mysterio is apparently injured, so his match at NWO is in jeopardy, although the first reports of it came from WWE.com so it might be a kayfabe injury to play up his underdog gimmick

I don't think they would play up his underdog image if he is likely to lose at No Way Out. I'm certain he will lose, because it looks like Taker vs. Edge at WM. I will be very surprised if Mysterio wins, I don;t see him as a good rival for any of them guys in the Smackdown Elimination Chamber.
