Face is good guys - HHH, Michaels, Taker etc and Heels - Bad Guys - Edge, Orton, Umaga etc Faces just do normal wrestling don't get DQ'd or CO on purpose wheras Heel's hit people in the babymakers etc, with the obvious exception of Ric Flair
