Griezmann looks good but the James one is bad.

Background is bad, render doesn't blend. White the text doesn'tsuit.

Try using multiple textures with different Modes and opacities.

Reus ones is total messed up from text to coloring. James avi is the nice one

I echo Sixer. Additionally, a tip on text is try to place it from the corner to the render in the center part.
