Well happened to me as well , just switched the wifi dongle to front USB port which is much more closer to wifi router , poof problem solved.

Hmm, that's really strange.

It might sound horribly obvious, but Steam being in Offline Mode, even if you have a working connection, having Steam set to offline mode will make it so the game won't launch.

The other thing I can suggest, do you get three green ticks when visiting https://status.bigant.com/
