Your anticipated games of 2011-12?

Corrected.:D

Remember to keep you save games. Because in Mass Effect 2 the plot depends a lot on how you played the last game. Anyway what is your character class? Engineer,Vanguard, Soldier or Biotech? I played it as Vanguard and Soldier on separate playthroughs.
Also the second game is massively improved. Those annoying cool-downs are gone and the Paragon and Renegade matters more.

OK - thanks for the heads up. Currently playing as a soldier. One thing you can tell me about the second game: in the first game when listening to descriptions of tech etc, it annoyed me that when you closed the screen, the description stopped. Can you keep listening to the description while walking around in the second game - like you could with the audio logs in Doom 3 for example?

Not sure if this is the right place to discuss this but anyway my brother gifted me Hitman 2 and Max Payne 2 on my birthday. He bought it few years ago but never really played it. :p I'm enjoying Hitman 2, max payne is a little boring. Anyone else plays any of these two games?

I'm surprised you were bored in Max Payne 2. It was one of those games which i used to play on my old pc when i was young. The slow-mo shootouts FTW :thumbs

I think it still the same. Because during gameplay the characters tend to talk with each other. So audio logs would interfere with them if they play alongside.
The voice acting is tremendous in this game. The chatter between the characters is awesome. Each one has his own story, i would advice you to explorer ME2 completely when you do play it. The game deserve it.
Some improvements in ME 2 are:

* Can upgrade Normandy.
* DLC armors FTW.
* No more stupidly wayward accuracy.
* Graphics are obviously better.
* New Team Members
* One of the best Intro Chapters in the Gaming history. Its Intense and thrilling. Thats all i can say. Do not search the internet for ME2 or its review. Even a single spoiler can spoil your mood. :p I would just say what everyone knew before the release of ME2
. Someone very important dies in the first few minutes of gameplay
* Massive Universe. Way more galaxies to explore.
* Hot sex scenes :p

* HUD has been improved.

How far are you in Mass Effect 1? I'm asking this so that i dont ask a question related to the story which might spoil it.;)

I've just got past the mission with the Thorian mind control alien. :)

Edit: I know exactly what you mean, that's why I haven't even read any ME2 reviews. :)

You might think that mission is useless but believe me, in the end, it all would make sense ;).
Loving the witcher 2. There is no good or bad decisions in here. Just lesser of two evils. :spy

For those interested in the upcoming Rugby Challenge game, NZGamer and the NZ Herald have a few tidbits from a preview they got:

Hands on: All Blacks Rugby Challenge - Technology - NZ Herald News

After being walked through a game featuring the All Blacks (game rating 95, the highest in-game) vs. the Wallabies (game rating 91, deal with it), we got our own chance for glory.

Yea :D

When a player starts to pulse, they gain momentum and will have heightened attributes (break tackles etc). Those attributes include Mental Agility, which affects both a player's awareness (especially with offloads) and also relates to their Discipline stat. Incidentally, Ma'a Nonu gets 58 MA. If you have a problem with that, there's an incredibly detailed player editor and character creation menu, which will allow for all those personalised rugby memories you've been craving.

It's good that there will be a chance to edit players to how you like them.

NZGamer.com - Sidhe's Rugby Challenge

Some of the stuff he would talk about included full licenses for all the important down-under competitions, like the All Blacks, ITM and Super Rugby franchises. As much fun as non-licensed games can be, sports gamers generally prefer to have their favorite teams and players out of the box so it?s reassuring to see the teams and competitions we care about are there right out of the box. Without going into detail, Mario did mention that this isn?t the end of the license announcements - so if you?ve got your heart set on a team or competition that hasn?t been mentioned yet, don?t panic - there?s more to come.

Seems as though that we get more licensed teams coming later on.

So all in all it's looking good.

The USA Eagles and the Aviva Premiership is in there.

Just realised RWC 11 isn't coming out on PC which I was looking forward to so I guess I'll just get Rugby Challenge and use that for my story instead.

Rugby Challenge from what I've heard is the much better game anyway
