I can't remember all of my favorite movies just now, but here are a few-

- The Lion King (all 3 of them, but my favorite is the first)
- The entire Bourne series
- The Hangover
- Bruno

- Ali G Indahouse

- Zack and Miri Make A Porno

Not necessarily the "best movie", but it is a good animated film from the early 80s and I bet most haven't seen or heard of it. It's called "Les Maitres Du Temps", unfortunately it is in French but with English subtitles. It is a brilliant sci-fi story with eerie music. A boy and his parents are attacked by giant hornets, his mother is already dead and the father is racing across the planet with his son in their space vehicle. He sends off a rescue plea to his friend before crashing (didn't have hands-free in those days, even in the future!) He leaves his son with a communicator he calls "Mike", the rescue mission starts and they keep in contact with the boy while making their way to rescue him.

It is a great film, a classic that I've only recently acquired and watched again for the first time in about 20 years.

Absolute Legend was Candy. One I forgot - but have added now - Planes, trains and Automobiles - another Candy film.

Remember the Titans and Shawshank Redemption are on my list they are awesome movies. Forrest Gump not bad but probably watching that over and over during movie studies put me off that one.

Have you read the book? Pretty good, Ian Stewart. Won the booker prize, I think.
