Any suggestions to what I can do with him?

He has potential...for a lower league team like mine. If you think he would get into your squad (with competent bowling and say, woeful/feeble batting) then train him, otherwise sell him on. Someone lower than you could use him.
if you don't need him immediately, give him a fitness net, a couple of batting and/or bowling.
And yes, he is crap for all you III legend teams... Im talking for lesser teams (like myself).

Well in my case, he cant get into my 1st XI, and even if he popped to competant he wouldn't, so I guess hes going up for sale

if and only if his stamina was upto mediocre atleast.. i would have been buying him, even for 200k. but i dont have any spare stamina net... not in the next season as well.

got a deccent youth player, liste him straight away, then realize di dont want to sell him so i bid on him (bidded 40k as thats what i owuld sell him for, even though i thought he wouldnt go) but i thought i shouldnt have placed the 40k bid until other people bidded for him

Not bad but consistency and stamina r problem. and his wage suggest that he is nerarly proficient. IMO give him 1 bowling net until pop to proficient and then sell.
