i think you can on a 20 year old, but im not sure, havent used ITS on a 20 year old

if he was 17 he couldnt have spent 30 ITS on him

you'd think they'd put a new table up by now, it wouldnt be too hard and it probably only needed a few numbers changed from the original, unless they dont want us to know it (which is silly as it wouldnt be too hard to work out)
