he's good, train him as i know you cant afford a trainee, if he pops to proficient soon, you might be able to wait till he pops to strong before going bust, whihc would clear your debts, and some

Not bad for a 0 ITS pull, dont you think? :)

Thats a pretty good pull.I tried a 0 ITS as well and got a BT rating of around 300 odd with feeble bowling and most of the rest worthless, fired him. :p

Yes, most of mine come up with the odd abysmal, but thats it. Until now of course ;)

he'll be a good w/k for you, and a good batsman, possibly be captain aswell

someone bid 220k for my youth but im not selling him now

Well, what exactly is that ITC? I used 2 of them on Keeping & that player turned out to be an abymsal keeper! I use him for batting!

ITS (:p) are used to make a stat better. Every ITS you put on a skill will increase it by one level. For instance, if I had put 1 ITS on the youth pull I got above, on his WKing, he would have been proficient.

ITS are Intensive Training Sessions. They describe themselves, basically intensive nets in their time at the Youth Academy. They increase your youth's skill in the areas you assign them, adding on to his natural talent.
In your case, his natural skill in wk was probably worthless, but the ITS bumped it up to abysmal :)
Say a youths natural talent was feeble (the sort of thing you wish for) and you put 6 ITS on it. It would increase to something like respectable. That is purely wish.
If you look at your 0 ITS pull, you sometimes wish you'd put some on certain things.

EDIT: Damn you Spin :p I knew it was going to happen.

Dont you just love it when people post what you are saying while you are typing? :p

Yep :)

My answer was better and more detailed though :important:
Thats probably why you beat me. What were the chances that, exactly an hour and 16 minutes after the post we both started typing a reply to it?

the bold is not true, 1 ITS does not equal 1 level, if a players natural stat is competent, and you give him 12 ITS on that he would be over remarkable in that skill striaght away, it appears to equal around 1third or 1quater of a stat, but if he is naturally respectable he cant go past proficient (not too sure if you can pull proficent straight out of the YA)

Ah right, I must have just misconcieved the system. Thanks.
