Youth Pulls

Thanks for the info! And can you tell what difference Sports Psychologists & Financial Advisors do?

Sports Psychologists help your players improve the mental side of their game i.e. their secondaries. They will attend the first net session of each type, so for example if you had 2 fielding nets, the psych would only attend the first. Also, psychs don't attend stamina nets.
Batting nets with a psych increase concentration
Bowling+fielding nets increase consistency
Wicketkeeping increases both?

The above may not be correct :)

Financial advisors talk with the banks that hold your money. Basically, they do their best to get you a better interest rate. The more you have, the better the interest rate. However, you need to pay them as well, so if you only have 50,000 its no use getting 10 FA because by the time you've paid their wages, they'll have only got you about 2,000 interest and they will make a huge loss.
There are some spreadsheets around that help you calculate how many you need - I believe Adarsh has made one.

And viral, do you think you could read the rules? thoroughly? I only ask because most of your questions are answered by the rules. it doesn't feel right calling them the rules, they should be renamed complete rules and hints and tips.

is it a good idea to promote a player rite now or shuld i wait for the new season to start....

you migth aswlel pull now but i wouldnt use ITS, unless you are able to get bakc to 100 before the new season starts

I would try selling him in the inflated market, his primary isnt that good that you can train him into anything decent I reckon.

Yeah im going to train his bwling? How much does it take to go up for a 17 year old?

Also if you are training a batsman on say 3 batting nets does it help them go up a level quicker?

in that case id save ITS for the start of the new season, where pulling 17 year olds will be better, as thye will stay 17 for longer than pulls made now,

but if you had say 90 ITS, you could use 30, and in the 4 weke off seaosn save up 40 so you had max at the start of the new season

id still pull without ITS though, you never know what you might get

and to brettlee i dont think you should train him, he has a wortless primary so it would take long to get him up to even mediocre, you'd be best off trying to sell him and if he doesnt go, fire him, you can buy a similar player but with mediocre bowling for cheap
