I have 5 Psychs. And Competant by the end of the season isn't bad at all. How many weeks for a 17YO to pop on bowling with 2 nets?

Woah!! Thats a decent pull. I'm not an expert or anything, but probably best to get his stamina up. Then you could find some way of improving that consistency, maybe not with bowling nets but WK/Fielding.

I'm really lucky! Last week I pulled quite a good player that fits well into my team, and I only had 2 IT's so I thought I'd throw them onto stamina and see what happens.

give him 2 stamina 1 wkt 1 field 3 bat 2 bowl then he will turn to be a good star player.
