I pulled this guy out of the academy. No ITS. Is he any good?

Pretty good, especially if you have nets to spare. 2 stamina, 1 batting. Wait for stamina to hit a good level (Like, say, Competent atleast), then give him 2 batting 1 fielding...

With 2 stamina nets, it will take 6 weeks for a pop for a 17 yr old. Worthless to Competant is 5 levels. That will take 30 weeks just to get to competant! You might as well train some else to superb stamina.

1 net is 6 weeks. 2 is like 4.5. 5 levels, 22.5 weeks. About a season dedicated to that, so not all that bad. Already has feeble concetration, and his batting level will be quite high.

My first decent(ish) pull since...well since Manssor Tahir(respectable bowler with good scondaries)...well i didn't use any ITS on him i wish i had now...

He can 'bowl' quite quickly though...

I know how you feel. I had a similar pull. One of the first non-ITS Respectable pulls. Sadly it was in fielding. Kept him for a week or two, then sacked him. I even let him play in a OD game as a specialist fielder. Thankfully, he didn't bat, but didn't even take a catch...

You can't expect him to in one game. And anyway the first respectable pull I had was in batting.

Utter rubbish this week, ITS of about 34 I think, some of the 0 ITS pulls on the England sledging boards this week have been quite good considering, and as someone said, it is getting like a lottery now.
