the thing is that he is a 20 yr old soo its not that worth training him...u would be better off to use ur nets to train a 17 yr old
if u still wanna train him then u gotta give him a fitness, a fielding and may be 2 bowling and 1 batting net

Well actually come to think of it there is an 18 year old and a 20 year old I want to take off training. That will free up 6 nets.

So my best guess for this fella is 2 stamina, 2 batting (or 1 batting 1 bowling), 2 fielding. Is that good enough?

I have got a worse medium pace allrounder, so I'll sell him when I'm done training this guy up.

I'd say 6 nets is a little too many. Keep the 18 yr. old. Just give this guy 3 nets for now, 1 bat, 1 bwl, 1 stamina. When his stamina gets decent (Like Mediocre or Competent, he could be a OD specialist), give him the field.
