The runs department is perfect. There is some problem in the calculation of wickets, but it doesn't matter as I cross-check them.
Don't know about the SRs, ERs, etc.

MAJOR ANNOUNCEMENT

Indian Premier League is now International Premier League​

Yes, you read it right!
I wanted to do a global league and didn't wish to change the initials (IPL), so the name. Also the major thing is that unlike my previous idea of running one season per month, I have decided to run one season per year. Each new season begins every April and will go on for three or four months. Total number of teams will be thirty, comprising of players from all round the world.

Another major change will be the mode of selection of players. Now, we will not have a draft, but an auction, using vCash (which we use on the vBookie). Don't worry, the prizes will be high, nothing less than 30,000K.
All transactions by vCash, no virtual money or credits.

More details to be out in the last week of March 2011. The first season of the International Premier League (IPL) begins in April 2011.

The total number of matches will probably be 214 per season, but its still not decided.

The most difficult thing for me won't be to manage the league, but to get 30 franchise owners. Hoping this forum gets some good amount of visitors by March.

That's the biggest risk. If it works out, it will be great, but if it doesn't, it will be a massive fail.

Another problem is what you said, "I'm not sure if I'll still be on PC then". With some good members going off the forums recently, getting the franchise owners will be difficult. Hopefully, when one goes another returns (), A BETTER ONE!

But I am pretty confident that I'll manage to pull of the 2011 and 2012 seasons, as the phase of April to August/September will be completely free for me in the two years. Can't say anything about the years to follow 2012, as I'll get to my work! Maybe, the world ends! :laugh
