bro I am downloading new patch now ..it is showing 1.18 in my ps5 downloads..is it different for ps5? size is 10.767 GB..May be they have different version for ps5? did they do ps5 optimizations?

Not sure where you are sourcing that from, but those are not the patch notes. There'll be a full list available once the patch is on all platforms, but you can see it in the update history on PS4/5 once you have the patch (I don't have access to that right now to post them myself).
