Hang on, Sachin, I dont think you do know much about football to be honest. Henry played the first half of the season, he has started 16 Premiership games this season! Not exactly out for the whole of the season:

Yes,the i-know-nothing about football is a greta argument.: I was in fact referring to you earlier posts.No,Henry is our talisman,Captain and i wouldn't take Ronaldo or Rooney because he is better than both of them(I disagree with Will suggesting he is getting worse,he has in fact been injured pretty much all this season,yet his goal scoring record isn't to bad considering that.).Who could strenghten our squad?Realistically who would come to Arsenal once Thierry left(Knowone of high qaulity anyway)?It would be a weakening of our sqaud.
I can't honestly believe after a season of injury that people are almost talking as if he's about to retire...Christ,wonder about people memory.

wow more typos than United have won premierships! Why did you feel the need to refer to my earlier posts when you already have done? Henrys better than Rooney but nowhere near Ronaldo. Obviously Ronaldo has to prove he can do it for more than 1 season but Henry has to prove he can do it still and get back from injury. He hasn't been at his best for a whole now even when fit. Last season a good champions league run was his saving grace but where was he in the final? Rooney and Ronaldo would have a combined value of well over Henrys and not taking them for him would be just stupid. If Arsenal can't replace Henry with a high class player then aren't going to be a big club. If you can't attract high profile players you won't be

Lets not get carried away here. Ronaldo has a had a brilliant season and a very good season last year but that doesn't mean we can start saying he is better then Henry. The stuff Henry did we are yet to see from Ronaldo. Henry has been in and out of the team due to injuries in different parts of his body and it would be hard for anyone to find consistency. Trophies attract players, not other players so that is why we need to win trophiesor no-one will want anything to do with us.

ok fair enough he might not be better than him yet but him and Rooney combined are. Ronaldo still has a lot to do,i doubt he'll do it on the international stage like Henry did because portugal aren't that good but it seems likely he'll overtake Henrys trophys domestically. Trophies don't neccesarily attract more players. Obviously Arsenal aren't as big a club as us or Madrid but we have no trouble attracting players if we win nothing. Obviously this has changed in the past few years as Chelsea have bought players just to stop other clubs having them but we could still attract big name players and if Arsenal want to they will have to become a force in the transfer market even though Wenger doesn't like spending on big name players.

It's not about buying big name players. It's about buying the right players and Wenger has done that. No-one had heard of Vieira, Fabregas, etc before Wenger bought them.

Ribery would be a great signing. The Pires of old (except left-footed ). He would give us the width we need and he can feel right at home with so many french players in arsenal and arsene wenger

No,you need to learn the subtleties of language you fool.Henry said that he was right for ONLY a handful of games this season...that was what i was alluding too.I would have Henry over Ronaldo any day-as would many others.

Ohh,how did i know you'd comment on typo's...: Well i'd personally like to know why you alluded to typo's.How about being more clear in what your implying?Henry has done it for many seasons,and the fact that he scored 33 goals last term,even though you say he wasn't playing well shows his class.Ronaldo has had one fantastic season,but he will never have the integrity or allround nice-guy feel about him.So along with the fact that i think Henry's better,i would take him over the united players partly because he is far more likeable.Where was Ronaldo against Milan,where was Rooney for many matches this season(Against Arsenal)?You could apply that to any player.We will replace Henry when he NEEDS to be,but not at this point.At this point it is about building a group of players around him.

No i didn't have trouble reading your post but given the fact it looked like it was typed by someone with a mental age of about 2 it's not exactly a good thing. Henrys not a nice guy,just because you've got your really like him with some homoerotic undertones as you support Arsenal doesn't make him a nice guy. You don't know him. For all you know he could be a wife beater. Genrally the way you wouldn't take him for Henry and the fact you treat him as nothing compared to Henry. I have said many times that Ronaldo needs to prove he can do it for more than one year. Maybe your the one having trouble reading posts mr Wenger
