The 'Whispering Death' as he was affectionately known- Winner of the 1979 World Cup, part of the feared West Indian pace attack. Missed out on the title in 1983, but was instrumental in snapping 20 wickets at an average of 17!
Gautam Gambhir
FIerce, but heavily misunderstood person. A 'Man for the Finals' if there ever was one. Gambhir has been instrumental in big matches. His only World Cup saw him score close to 400 runs at an average of 43.
Sanga is a good choice. Pity that he didn't win a 50 over World Cup despite coming close in 2007 and 2011. Even in 2015, he was son song, but the team was on a decline then.
