Hey guys, very sorry to say this but I will not be able to take part. I am on vacation for a bit and afterwards have work and school starting. Simply do not get to be on the ps3 anymore and if I am its for no more than 30 minutes.

Once again I apologize for these unforseen circumstances. Please forfeit my games (Ireland) and avoid the points to my opponents.

Hey folks, am back from my 4 days away over the XMas weekend and looks like I didn't miss much.

Sad to see LAF leave the tourney too. Mate, I'll continue to ping you for friendlies if I see you online. Hope to get a game soon.

I was looking forward to my two games against LAF but this basically means I'm done with my group games and now have to wait for the rest of my group-mates to complete their matches. Rizzy, Psy & Jay - hope you guys are still around and can get your games completed over the next few days.

played psy last night and he won the game pretty easily, although i did have him at 86-6 at one stage but he went on to post 200+ , i even bolwed an over of spin for just one run , in fact on the whole spinners were the better bolwers in the entire game , i still cant pace myself when batting , i lose wickets on a regular basis which is my problem , run rates are ok but normally all out by 10 overs! oh well i'll learn :laugh

Unfortunate to see LAF leave hope to see him around for future tourneys.

Psymax and jaynffc can we have complete scores coz without those NRR cannot be calculated and the way things are going it seems it would be a crucial factor in determining who qualifies from Group A.

Whats happening with akill85 and gougie are they still part of the tournament? Guys please confirm your still in..

Ill be back on 2nd Jan so would update table then and look forward to getting both my games with Eflindor then.

Hey pal, yeh im still up for it but im not having much luck getting hold of akill or eflindor, ive been going online 2 or 3 times a day and left the odd message, neither of them seem very active on here either, if someone leaves me a time when there available i will try my best to get the game on, ive got a feeling if the tourney doesnt push on, people will loose interest and this tourney will go the same way as alot of others ive started and not finished.:doh

I agree with Gougie - we need to keep the tourney going before it goes comatose.

Can we set a firm date by when all group matches need to be completed? If not completed by this date, let the games be forfeited and points awarded to the player who's been waiting for the game.

How about a week from now? Wed Jan 6 as the last date for completing league games? Heck I've already completed my league games, so if others are comfortable with the date being sooner, I'm all for it.

Yeah no probs mate, i could play a game right now or in a few hours time.

You really need committed, and pc active players to run a successful tourney, and if this goes tits up, I'm up for a new one as long as everyone is committed to it, even if it only means we have one group of 6 players top 2 play off.

thanks gougie for confirming glad to see ur still on board. I understand concerns about the tourney but I am still quite confident we can pull it off.... I guess akill is a goner though still give him benefit of doubt and if he can confirm participation or get in the remaining games by 6 jan else we go ahead with 4 teams in each group .. as for eflindor im certain he is a comited player though he hasnt been around as he mentions in posts above...

I ll be on on 3rd and I think I can get 2 games each against eflindor n gougie by 6 jan so hopefully we can have the semi finals by 6 jan irrespective of akills participation.. In meantime request all others to finish their remaining games
