Another little addition. I know Jarrod Kimber has talked about how that 2019 team had played the old Pro40 competition which gave a different grounding in crafting an innings. Whereas, nowadays players get picked on the basis of T20 form because none of them play List A cricket anymore.

Fine, I understand. What is preventing them from putting a deep point? I have seen at least 10 boundaries go through that area.

And I don't believe a word that comes out of that snake Raja's mouth. He had said he won't send PAK to the WC if IND don't come for the Asia Cup and now he's shamelessly sitting in the comm box.

Take out Litton and BD are effectively 10/4. I get that Shakib wanted to look at the early morning seam assistance,but they'd have been better off batting first. Against this English attack, BD have no chance at all. England would have cruised through had they folded up for 290 odd as well.

I am one of the biggest supporters of continuity and backing of players but at this point Shadab playing is either a captain/management being stubborn or just hading out favours.

I have mentioned it before. Babar is a poor captain who cannot effect anything when the going is against him. Not only Shadab, but there are other players who should be replaced in the side.

Sheer stupidity to play him then! It isn't a Final where he must play. Although the final he played in Melbourne,he should have bowled.
