We play 3 of our first 4 matches at our home grounds and hopefully we start strong this time round too like the last time. With Umesh Yadav still recovering from his minor injury, Sandeep Sharma gets an excellent opportunity to play from game one and cement his place in the XI. The squad is settled nicely and raring to go. The players have gelled in brilliantly from the last season and this time want to top the table and get back that beautiful IODC trophy!

It is a long season and we have to take one game at a time and focus on our game. Let's hope we can do that and play to our full potential.
