24 Feb - South Africa vs West Indies

Yeah, hopes improve for WI if they can play 2nd string spin better than they play Tsotsobe.

This Darren Bravo is mighty impressive, this is the first time I've seen him and can definitely see shades of Lara.

Bravo has been awesome in the warmups. Can't believe they kept Smith over Barath. Opening with a spinner is a handy tactic, it shows how much more all round SA are in this WC. Australia on the other hand don't have this option.

Darren Bravo!! This guy looks special.

I think its because Bharat isn't fit.

Nice, just updated my Fc squad on Cricinfo, put in Bravo out there.... :)

The African attack looks weak today inspite of the fact that they have dismissed Gayle cheaply. Again I get the feeling that Windies are not going to be pushovers in the tournament. A couple of big wins and they could be in the reckoning.

Surprising really. Even India did not pick their front-line spinners against Bangladesh.

Brilliant innings comes to an end. I hope all the rest of the wickets go to Steyn so I can make a comeback in my fantasy league :p.

First for Tahir. Well deserved. Not a big turner of the ball but does seem to have great control. I like his action as well. Very smooth. Always nice to see a leg spinner.

And another. Hotspot would have been useful in that one. I thought the third umpire did not give the possibility of an edge due consideration. There was a good chance he edged that one and he hardly looked into it.
