5th Test: England vs Australia at the Brit Oval

That looked like it hit the pad and then smashed into the glove to me but it ends up it was miles away. Horror decision. :laugh

Commentators on TMS are ripping into the umpiring in the series. Very unusual for them

I've been out all day what in god's name happened?

One of the biggest Aussie collapses I've ever seen. Enjoy the highlights!

Now, I have to say this, but hasn't the standard of Umpiring gone down the toilet! I don't remember seeing this many bad decisions in the days of (David?) Sheppard, Dickie Bird, etc...

The umpiring has been unbelievably shocking this series.

Remove the neutral umpires rule, then we can have Taufel.

Awful umpiring.
Another "I told you so" coming from me as I've been 100% behind the concept of the referral system throughout.

Or just clone Taufel and have him and his clones umpiring both ends in every Test around the world, with a Referral system in place.

Flintoff looking very laboured in this spell. Just seems to be putting the ball down, not bowling with any venom, being played easily by Siddle.

Wonder if Warne has changed his mind. He has stated during this series and countless times on AC09 that he thinks the referral system should only come in when thinks like hawk eye are 100% correct.

Well I think it's trickier for lbws but catches like that are just obvious. Comes back to what I said earlier. Why is it more important to us for a batsman to be given 4 instead of 3 rather than given not out if he misses it?

wow, english started really well ..they do well with flintoff in the side. .dunno what will happen after this test
