Yeah, can't believe they went for PP. Karthik was probably too expensive for them, seeing as he went for something around 450k and we got Parthiv for around 200 (iirc), which isn't bad for a second choice keeper and a decent batsman.

why do the sub-continent suck so hard at twenty20 domestic cricket? delhi will be the first asian team to win a game but it's at the expense of another asian team.

wayamba have been rubbish, mubarack didn't appear any better than his normal rubbish self.

Real Indian domestic T20 sides are brilliant. IPL ones are pretty good too, just have been off the boil at the start. Deccan were unlucky to lose, Delhi couldn't cope with the conditions and the Victorians worked with it well, and Bangalore are sure to retaliate soon enoguh.

Anyways, it's the domestic players that have propelled 2 subcontinent sides to T20 championships.
