Abhishek?s Passion to Achieve His Dream
Hello Everyone,
I am Abhishek Sharma (yudi28) with my first ever cricketing story. This is a story on the Passion and Determination of a young boy, who aims to play cricket for India.
After reading Suren?s Diary, I was encouraged to write my own diary.
I hope each and everyone will appreciate my work and effort, which I am able to give out of my busy schedule.
People would like to know what this story is about? Actually, this story is of a boy, who desires to play for Team India.
The story's title says, "ABHISHEK'S PASSION TO ACHIEVE HIS DREAM", so people, my dream is to play for Team India, and to Open at least one innings with my Idol, Virender Sehwag.
1: Fortunate To Get Selected in the Mumabi Ranji Squad
2: Declaration of Mumbai Squad and a meeting with the team
Mumbai Ranji Team Selection is Taking Place. The Selection will last for 3 days.
I went for the Mumbai Ranji Cricket Team Selection. I was very happy with my performance and expected myself to get selected.
The Results of the selection were out, and a boy named Vishal was selected and I wasn?t. I was very sad and felt very lonely.
I returned home with the sad news. My mom and dad were shocked, but supported me by asking to not get disheartened. But I could not control myself and locked myself in my room. That day seemed like a whole year to me. I was very sad.
The Next Day, when I got up, I had a message in my Mobile Inbox. The message was from the Mumbai Ranji Selectors, who wrote,
When I reached there, I came to hear an unexpected news. Vishal had injured himself the previous day after the selection, while going back home. He was advised to stay away from Cricket for the next 6 months, and therefore, I was selected in the squad of the Mumbai Ranji Team.
