Hi all of you. Guys,I really got a problem that $ucks very very much. I have two operating system installed, 1-Win 98 and 2- Win XP. The problem is whenever I try to download something in Win XP it's very slow.

Example, if I am downloading a 1 MB file in Win 98, it will usally take 4 - 7 mins but in Win XP if I download a file which is around 300 or 400 KB it takes 15-20 minutes. Well this problem is not only with the downloading but also with surfing(WEB Browsing). The page load very very late. I am using XP because all of my software,games,etc are installed in XP and I usaully don't use Win98. Please someone help :helpme: me.PLEASE.

I'd recomend not having two Windows operating systems installed.

As for the download problems in XP, check the modem drivers.

I think u better delete WIN XP and got for the ultimate WIN 98 SE because even i use it nspite of having WIN XP cd with me

it doesnt take much long to open a calendar but like Andrew said post a screenshot of an error and maybe we can see whats wrong

my internet brower doesnot update any site . like when i logon to this forum it shows me the posts of 2or3 day before. & at the main it shows me the 2, 3 days before date that last time i visited this site at ........
what should i do ? it happens with some of the other site too

For your Yahoo! Messenger error, it is because you are not connected to the internet.

For the IE thing just click Refresh

i have done it many time but it doesn't work. any other suggestion...i need help


i have a account in hotmail 7 daily many advertising mails comes in my account. my block list is full i.e capacity of blocking 250 maximum. I have never gave my mailing address for newslatters, advertise etc.

what should i do? why i get such types of fool mails in my account daily? any one also :helpme: init....

The problem is..... you got a hotmail account.
