there used to be free service called Cnet Catchup which gives you the update for your PC softwares and hardwares components. Its been a while they have discontinue the service .. Does anyone know the service similar to this?
 
if i have the following colors i.e red, blue & green as shown in fig-B then how can i convert it into percentage as shown in fig-A. plz any1 :helpme:

fig-B is from paint & fig-A is from Paint shop Pro.

The red, green and blue values have a maximum of 255. So just do the normal percentage calcualtion to find out what percentage you have.

However, the values in the Paintshop Pro screenshot would the percentage increase or decrease, so you cannot really convert between the two.
 
OK.... the values are out of 255.

So to work out what percentage they are.... do the normal calculation to work out percentages.... I learnt how to do this when I was 11, so I assume you're capable of doing it.
 
What is a good method to clean a cd. Like what kind of thing should I use to wipe it off? Paper towel would scratch it I would think

Whenever i try to open IE it doesnt come up for about 10 minutes!!!!

so i am using Netscape at the momment.
