All about computers.

Fahad,

As your Yahoo calendar thing concern, Andrew suggested the right thing by clicking refresh even on the forums also when you see 2 day early posts.. or other option is clean out ur internet temporary files

As for hotmail subscriptions eamils you receive daily goto account option and turn off daily subscription when you signed up for them when u registered ur account

if u mean to say that i have to goto option then newsletters & then uncheck all of the boxes, then i have already done it..
if u don't mean it then plz give me step by step guide for it.

i m waiting

The reason why you get so much crap with a hotmail account, is simply because it is a hotmail account.

Hotmail (and MSN) is the most popular web based e-mail system.

So spammers use every possible combination of addresses with @hotmail.com or @msn.com after them.

eg. Andrew is a common name, and Nixon is a relatively common name.

So they would try:-

andrewnixon
andrew.nixon
andrew_nixon
a.nixon
andrew.n
anixon
andrewn

and so on.

And then try them again with every number between 00 and 99, then with every year between 1900 and 2003.

My suggestion to you would be to bite the bullet and accept that hotmail is a great big steaming pile of sh*t.

But my name isn't common but still I also receive the junk mails. Anyway I think you are correct because they might also be using Asian names. Still I think my name Sohaib Aslam isn't that common.
accept that hotmail is a great big steaming pile of sh*t.
Correct/

:o :o :o Nice to read that. Well I knew that Aslam is quite common but didn't knew about Sohaib. :o :OOO:

The name Shoaib is much more common than Sohaib. And thats the mistake has been made in the forums about my name sometimes but never mind :D . I'm sure you mean Sohaib not Shoaib because you rearly make mistakes.

I'm really happy to read that.

I went to school with a Sohaib.

Obivously they would try slight spelling "errors" on names ie. anderw instead of andrew or sohaib instead of shoaib, to catch peopel who typed their user names too fast.

i have used the both ways but nothing worked....the problem is as usual going on.....

normally that also happens when after signing up a hotmail account, it asks you for subscriptions for online mags, they then spread your name, although it says they dont

The microsoft are cheaters
i've heard that they did not give the promised amount of money to the creator of hotmail after buying it from him

I've forgotten the name......
um.........

yeah I read there some where also ..Ill try to find the source if I can

I don't think it's true. -_- <_< ;) Otherwise the owner of the Hotmail could sue on them.
