I think 10. The limit is in there because we can't do something like you suggest with specific sorts of time limits or limits on amounts over time, which would have been better.

Well I must have done 10 by now, I'll got back and try to give some to the first person I did. But my point stands, what is the point if you have to give reputation to everyone in almost equal amounts?

As a trial I've lowered the number of users you need to spread to and decreased the number of reps able to be given per day.

Yup! Its annoying! We don't even need those bookmarks.
