I know about seydur rehman, virtual cricket and PCCS. Are there any more simulator that I can edit players and sim cricket games?

Yes, you can. It has all the editors in the zipped folder. A very good sim actually but, you will need to put in some effort to get all the players in.

I've just downloaded this from the official website, but it doesn't open. My computer meets the requirements but when I try to open it, it just freezes!

I'm not sure though if I'm trying clicking on the right file though...
