I have to say . This place is very calm now. The level of hostility have disappeared. Very pleasant i must add. Hope this is not calm before the storm.

Its very encouraging to see beta process is continuing as well. Am sure the patch has being submitted already. Speculation!!

This isn't a very can-do attitude. I'm sure if we put our minds to it we can have at least a couple more flame wars before the patch drops.

Hope I don't have to. Have spent hours downloading the right teams and players.

Out of curiosity, how big a problem is the career mode issue being mentioned? I've held off on Ashes Cricket so far and was hoping this patch would be the one to persuade me to go for it depending on the reception it gets here or what bugs are left or whatever...but Career mode is literally the only mode I play on these games, unless I'm setting up an AI vs AI competition for fun. Is it worth holding out a bit longer if there's something that still needs to be resolved? I'm not really in a rush anymore to be honest.
