Stopped Career play as soon as I got to 50 over matches. Such a cool game but still so broken. Gues I will stick to quick matches and custom competitions.

EA have lot of money on gaming investment, so they can invest in cricket. Only things is they should get license from all cricket board.

Having an absolute laugh if you think EA are coming back with a cricket game. There was a reason why they stopped making them.

They could quite easily make a cricket game if they wanted to and have been able to for years. Probably for the 12 years since the last one. Why haven't they? Maybe it's because of that monopoly Big Ant have or maybe there's not enough profit in it for them.

Until India catches up to the rest of the world as a games market they can exploit to sell loot boxes to and sell the same, slightly altered product, every year, there will be no EA cricket games.

The reason EA won't make a cricket game is purely down to profits, they have pretty much stopped making all "minority" sports game for this reason. The last game that they took a risk on was Grand Slam tennis series which they abandoned after a couple of iterations. They have even look like shelved their golf game because it wasn't making them a big enough profit.

This. This is how it's been for the last 12 years. EA won't make anything that isn't AAA, supported by a AAA campaign. And the amount of copies you can currently sell doesn't support either of those things.

EA is not interested in making cricket games. One of my friends working in EA office in Hyderabad. So they are not developing and will not in the near future also. Only Big Ant deserved to make cricket titles.
