As a general rule I'd say that balance patches taking at least a month is perfectly reasonable, if not closer to 2. If we see a balance patch with other changes by the 22nd of December, I'd be more than happy.

Have they stated this explicitly.

I'd say the risk is that there's going to be greater demand for this game, and if it's a new release across consoles and PC there is a greater risk of a group trying to crack it quicker.

Any framerate issue in comparison with the base PS4?

Not played it on the base PS4, but I've not once had any kind of frame rate issue or stutter. The game runs beautifully.

Highly unlikely

Speculation at best. Balance patches take time, and most other requested changes would take plenty of time too. A patch today would mean one of:

• They're some of the best developers in the modern era
  
• They rushed it
• There's not much in it.
