Asia Cup 2014

some news says that if bangladesh beat pakistan and India win against afghan in a high margin,India could see the finals. Some say it needs to be a 3 way tie and i saw this in an article related to this

"If the teams have equal number of points, the team with the better head-to-head record over the team that has the same number of wins advances."
which is true really?:(:rolleyes

Holy crap

Afridi is being consistent !

Bangladesh seems to lost the way at the end :facepalm:facepalm Its so much unpredictable on who is to win at the moment.

----------

Pakistan wins the match and India, Bangladesh and Afghanistan out of the tournament.

Is it just me or ESPNCricinfo really is lagging behind by a few overs?

Fawad Alam is a character, isn't he? What a knock from him btw. Far more level headed than Umar Akmal who for some reason is looking for that extra run every time he is running to take a run.

This has been the case for quite a few matches in the recent past. Try YahooCricket instead.

Umar Akmal finishes it off in style with a four and as predicted Pakistan into the finals.it was a close match anyway.

Both Cricinfo and YahooCricket are still at the 48th over. Checked a minute ago.

There is a legal injunction on the scores of the match, thats why everywhere the scores will be delayed.

Btw, Pakistan have just won...What a game !
Take a bow Shahid Afridi...:cheers

Checked Cricbuzz and it is lagging too. Sorry buddy, can't help you much.

India knocked out of another major tournament again. Though this time Virat didnt score heavily. Possibly that may happen tomorrow, Virat scoring in excess of 150 ?:p

Interestingly in every match the team that has been listed as the "home" team has lost. Based on that and that alone, with the final being listed as Pakistan v Sri Lanka - congratulations Sri Lanka :D
