Honestly, Afghanistan is a stronger T20 side than Bangladesh! I've said it before and honestly believe it.
Wouldn't be surprised if in a few years we see them get to a semi final or even a final level. Especially with the new investment in seamers and some solid batting

Najibullah’s always been someone that has puzzled me as to why he wasn’t being selected in the bigger T20 leagues regularly. That was some knock indeed and I hope that puts him in the market for a belated IPL gig finally.
Ibrahim anchored the chase well too. A more classic batsman like the typical Afghani top order bat but he might just be what this side needs amidst a bevy of hitters.
We all could do with some lessons from the mighty Babar Hayat indeed.
