Tough one to call indeed. Rizwan led the side to this position but without Nawaz’s impact in both innings Pakistan would have had to struggle to get to a winning position. Shadab had a quality game too with the ball.

I agree it was a good line up. But if you will see India's batting after no 7 there was no proper player who can bat in the end especially in T20's. I think that last over batting of India cost us the game. Rest things are fine.

It was poor batting in last over but I still feel we had enough on board. It was just two bad overs from Yuzi and Bhuvi. Hardik was way off color too. Unless SL surprise all of us.. I think we can beat them left, right and center next Sunday.

India if bowling 2nd with the current lineup might not make it with all their games held in Dubai.

Harshal, Thakur and Chahar are the only ones who can do said job for us. One is injured, the other isn’t good enough and the third one is too similar to Bhuvi unfortunately.

Ultimately in classic RCB style we were 10-20 runs short indeed. After that blistering powerplay start we should have made well over 200. Our middle order failed us this time and questions will have to be asked as to why DK was dropped when Hooda didn’t bowl at all and played out of position whilst Pant continued playing in that manner. We had a settled, working middle order and luckily the player that was injured was the one guy we had an almost exact duplicate of. Had these changes been done in the Shastri-Kohli era we would have been lambasting them but I doubt Dravid and Rohit will face such music.

Bhuvi’s going to be very ineffective on these pitches and that might be a worry going forward in Australia. With the pace he bowls he can be a sitting target if there is no swing on offer. Arshdeep will bounce back from this, he is a champion bowler and deserves support at this time. Bishnoi was excellent and should be in the frame of things going forward as many here have remarked earlier.
