Australia in India

Lets see what happens. It all depended on the captain before. Kartik deserved the drop when it came to him. Dravid backed him much more than Ganguly, but Kartik has to make his luck which he didnt. Now he has had a fantastic stint with an English county side and has been picking wickets very regularly. Hope Dhoni uses him well.

Even RP singh had a decent county run I wonder why he didnt make the cut.

^Conditions don't suite his type of bowling. He has no off the pitch variations compared to Pathan + Zaheers cutters, and Sreesanth's Pace and aggression.

And India are starting to pick it up. Great stuff.

Hopes is quite quick for a medium pacer.

I wish I could ban Rameez Raja from commentary.

and arun lala land. He's the most annoying idiot in the world.
And thank god that Atah Ali Khan is not doing it. Most biased commentator in the friggin world.

RP at least looks a little nippy.

This cricket is becoming increasingly boring. If you can't pierce the field in the powerplays, then how do you expect to score at a quick rate when fielders can be spread far and wide? Whatever.

I think the whole point of it is to keep Sachin getting the Singles and Yuvraj hitting the boundaries. At least that's what it looks like.

Yeah i think that there is a reason for haddins absence. Other wise its just plain stupid.
It's simply the employment of a pecking order. You wouldn't drop Ponting just because he has hardly scored yet. Well Hodge has been in the team for a while longer, he has done better things for Australia than Haddin has and so he outranks him. That said, this was probably a last chance.

But for that matter, there's not really any way to pick a stupid no. 6 behind Hayden, Gilchrist, Ponting, Clarke and Symonds; all heavily experienced, averaging 44.3, 35.7, 43.2, 46.6 and 40.0 respectively. It's a large part of the reason they selected Watson and currently, Hopes. The bowling is what needs bolstering and added variety.

They should atleast try him for one game, poor lad had a wonderful 20/20 tournament. Someone high on confidence could do wonders.

ya RP baby I meant

Sachin Yuvi dont seem worried abt the asking rate, jus playing their natural game..we are only 34 sixes away from winning this game :D

Yuvraj cracks him through the covers...
We should target him like they did Yuvraj in the death.

Very similar style to Powar!

Part-timer Hodge comes on. Watch out for Sachin's wicket!

its usually part timer medium pacers or some young spinner making his debut. Hodge is neither nothing to worry my friend :cheers
