Australia in India

You really have something in for Indians don't you? I've seen a constant to reference to 'you indians' 'that indian' followed almost always with somthing negative.

What gives man?
It's just an expression, ya know?

I say it for all countries.

It's no different to saying "You aussies" or "You poms".

It's your country and you're taking offence to nothing.

Hopes gets his man. Good knock even if it was a little slow. From what some posters have said, this pitch has been iffy, and Tendulkar took his chances and piled on runs.

I agree. But I still maintain that his early struggles against Lee pained me so much with him being SACHIN TENDULKAR

Lucky that Eric moved out of the way. had he not, he would've got in the way and been hit. He knew he was gonna run him out, nice thinking. :D

But Dravid can go on the attack too. May be they are looking to strike that balance between an aggressive dasher Dhoni and a calculated Dravid who can also tonk it when needed. Remember his innings of 92 in England off some 60 odd balls (I think!).

Well maybe I just haven't seen much of your posting. I'll take that into account.

People may question Dravid out there, but then again, he has finished well in past matches. (remember the first match against Sri Lanka where he was out there with Dhoni and pushed India to 350 at the end with some good hitting.)

Nothing like that. Get set in, and you are in a better position. This is not an easy pitch by any means.
Well, it is whitish yellow and kinda tasty looking. Jokes aside, the outfield looks superb, so the key for batsmen looking to score is to negate the bounce when possible and really tackle anything in the bad areas. On the other hand, not giving away 30 wides might be enough to win the match for the bowlers. Interesting, to say the least.

Hopes is bowling really well this whole tour. I remember people calling him "Hope-less", why's that?

Cos he was really crap a year or 2 ago when he was in the Oz team.

Oh my god, that is terrible. Yes, I'm being negative again, but you can't have 31 wides in only 44 overs. That's close to a wide an over.

I think it's possible, but I think realistically 250+ is good on this pitch. I read somewhere 270+ was good on the last ODI on this pitch.
