Hogg Picks Up Yuvraj - India 7/191 (43.4)

Brad Hogg continued his impressive performance to pick up the big wicket of Yuvraj Singh for only 4 at the MCG as India plunged further into trouble at 7/191. Singh attempted to whip Hogg away through the on side but could only manage to chip the ball into the waiting hands of Ricky Ponting. Hogg looking the goods with his 3rd wicket of the innings.

Hogg On A Hat-Trick - India 8/191 (43.4)

Harbhajan Singh lasted just the one solitary ball against Brad Hogg before he was dismissed for a golden duck to leave his side in great danger at 8/191. Singh was caught in the deep by Michael Hussey at deep mid on after Singh looked to increase the scoring rate with just over 6 overs remaining in the VB final. It was Hogg's fourth wicket of the match and a further blow to India's title hopes.

Tait Picks Up His Second - India 9/197 (45.5)

Shaun Tait picked up his second wicket of the match to reduce India to 9/197 in the final of the VB series at the MCG. Munaf Patel skied an attempted hook shot from Tait to Andrew Symonds at square leg while on 3. Tait continued on the good work produced by Brad Hogg (4/47) who was unsucessful in his hat trick attempt previously.
