Australian Tour of India, October 2010/11

Pujara should make this big here. A big innings on debut would be ideal

I'm really liking the look of Pujara. It's good to see a player making his way through four day cricket and not the IPL. On that note did he even play IPL I can't remember him doing so

He played for Kolkata Knight Riders in the recent IPL. He was decent enough in it.

,"Marcus North turns to the crowd, looks up at the skies and asks whether it will rain!" lol :p

Tendulkar is looking rock solid in the second innings too. This is a bit amazing from a guy who's 37.

To reply to SamiUllah's question, the last time Australia lost 3 tests in a row was in 1988. They lost to the West Indies at Brisbane (9 wkts), Perth (169 runs), and Melbourne (285 runs). That was part of a run where they won 1 test out of 10.

Ponting makes so many poor captaincy decisions. Shouldn't he be bringing on a spinner?

The ball has gotten old. Ideally, it should be reversing now. But the Aussie bowlers are bowling too short and not giving it a chance to swing.

Aussie spinners can't do much against India. Ponting can't afford to bring Hauritz back lol.

Hauritz has been ineffective , but your right, there are three other handy options: Katich, Clarke and North...I don't know why North didn't even bowl in the first innings.

Hilfenhaus would be a much better option for pace than Johnson (who is spraying the ball everywhere)

I don't even know why he has Johnson on. Depending on the day, Johnson either swings it really well or is really off because he can't. And today, he can't.

Yeah and now Hauritz has conceded 30 runs off his first 3 overs

Gotta throw North or Clarke in there
