Australian Tour of India, October 2010/11

I'm actually not against him. I like him as an ODI player and yes he can do good in tests as well. But, just needs to work on his mental abilities maybe.

Sai, I never said anything about his technique. He's actually a very good player. I don't even compare him to Yuvraj regarding the technique. Yuvraj has the natural timing and that is why he is successful (ODI) while Kohli has the text book shots (good technique).

I'll be happy to see him in the side.

Oh no! Vijay gone just when he was starting to open up even more. Should be Tendulkar here! Not Dravid!

Is Pujara reciting some mantra to keep him playing well? He was murmering something at the non-striker's end. :D

Whenever Watson comes onto bowl, he always seems like he will take a wicket at any moment.

If Australia lose this one, this will be the third consecutive defeat for them. I wonder when did that happen to Aussies in the past?

I hope they don't get bogged down here. Pujara hopefully keeps playing the way he was doing before lunch and Sachin rock solid at the other end punishing the lose deliveries. Or the pressure might get to us here.

Why the hell is George bowling so full? It's obviously not working...

That's better from George. More on a good length.

Tendulkar was once given out lbw on a similar delivery from Mcgrath in a test in Australia. It was in 1999-2000 iirc.

When was the last time an Australian team was whitewashed in a Test series ? And who are the unfortunate Aussie captains to have had a whitewash to their credit ?

Pujara!!!!:hpraise:hpraise First test 50 on debut! Fantastic innings, perfect start for the career. Praise to Dhoni for putting faith in this boy and sending him in early. Remember this innings is under pressure chasing a tight target on a pitch that is hard for batting.

Pujara looks great for challenging batting conditions. Those pull shots indicate that he will handle the short pitched stuff pretty well. This boy looks set for a really bright career, and I pray that he does go through really well:upray In fact right now, I am more concerned watching Pujara bat when the Master is batting at the other end.:D

Pujara looks like a decent middle order batsman. Very important time to bring up his first 50
