Seeing as it was a high court decision, not a PCB decision, you can't really blame the PCB. Anyway, the PCB is ridiculous, the ban was given for criticising the PCB, whereas the drug charges and hitting his teammate with a cricket bat charges were given slaps on the wrist.

Shoaib doesn't deserve to be playing cricket, but this was the stupidest way to ban him. I'm still not glad it was overturned.
