I noticed one thing, None of the teams have consistent set-ups. Both the drivers have different levels of setup, and this is not at all a good thing.
This is true in all the teams, and either it means you don't trust your team-mate, or that you're doing something wrong. (Not trusting your teammate is also wrong)

I said that thing to Kshitiz specifically because I saw Rocket's setup was very good, while Kshitiz was around 70%.
Both should have been 90% and that would have ensured a much better result.
Same is true for all the other teams..

Lol I had a superb 1-lap race in my public game..
Qualified 10th, moved up to 3rd on the 1st lap itself, then someone hit me from behind, and I crashed out on lap 2

What a waste.. I had the best setup in the race

Yeah we've sorted that issue now and are going identical setups, with better pit stop strategies etc. now.

well, i have split the brawns in practice, it wont come to anything because ill put it in the wall after 10 laps again,

what is wrong with the ferraris in my public league, we are right up there until the race when we both get hit by spins and mechanical failures.

it is so frustrating to do all that and then wake up to find you have crashed out after your first and only stop.

btw, ollie, somebody else is going to be on my account while i am on holiday, he is good at setups and should send them to you.

there wont be many more posts by me for a week, im going to spain this evening

Ah yeah I just saw it... Now that my engine's much better tuned than last race, I would be waiting for the qualifying results and then the warmup!

Another tip: Never have the same scheduled pit stop as your team mate. Otheriwse one of you will lose time waiting for the other.

For some stupid reason I can't get on the PC game. My browser does the annoying thing of staying the same way as when I last opened it, meaning I have to refresh the page. So when I click on the link for the PC game it opens up 'Your Desk' with my public game. Then when I refresh it just refreshes and stays on my public game, not allowing me into the PC game.

Anybody got any ideas how to stop this?

Try CTRL+F5.. It is called Hard Refresh.
Otherwise, Keep refreshing 5-6 times repeatedly.

I think there's something wrong with the game at the moment, I can't get on to "Your Desk" it constantly asks me to sign in then reverts back to the main menu.

Yeah, right now its not working for me as well. I think they've caped it for non-KT players. Its temporary, and would get alright in a few minutes..

Its back on now, how do you guys choose your tyre settings? I see its a mixture of some who use hard and others who use soft.

I usually start with soft and then use hard. Usually a two stop strategy, pitting early on the softs and then longer with the hards.

Teva try logging in with IP verification this some times helps.

You need to be careful while using Softs.. If they wear out, and you are not stopping soon, You'll almost surely crash out.
